Heidi joined the Hope House staff in September 2025 as an assistant director at the Hope House Early Learning Center. For more than three decades Heidi has had the honor of working with children and youth in a variety of roles including a Christian education director, classroom para, family advocate and a center director of a Head Start program. Along the way she earned a Bachelor of Science in applied psychology and a Master of Nonprofit Management from Regis University. Putting all of that together has identified her mission of working for organizations like Hope House that help children and their families thrive by providing the resources and opportunities they need for success. Heidi believes that all people (regardless of age) are uniquely and wonderfully made, and each one comes with their own gifts and graces that should be empowered by those around them to help them grow into who God designed them to be and do. In her spare time, Heidi enjoys food fellowship; gardening; spending time with family and friends; and watching local sports.
